Minutes of the "Special" Meeting of the Cortland County IDA

Chairman Paul Slowey called a meeting of the Cortland County Industrial Development Agency to order at 12:06 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at the BDC/IDA office, 37 Church Street, Cortland, New York 13045.

 

ROLL CALL AND CALL TO ORDER

The following members were present:

• Steve Compagni

• Tom Gallagher

The following members were absent:

OLD BUSINESS

Vote on PILOT assignment from Empire Agri-Fuel  - the PILOT was discussed and because there was an insufficient number votes needed to proceed at this.  It will be represented at the July IDA meeting.  Paul Slowey stated that he be abstaining from the vote for possibly in the future he may invest in this company.

ADJOURN

On a motion made by John Reagan seconded by Mike McMahon, the IDA adjourned at
12:30 pm
